Free returns
All items purchased at Gomez online store may be tried on. Should the items be dissatisfactory, the Customer has the right to withdraw from contract no later than 30 days as of the day on which received the order. In order to make the return process easier, we have prepared the packaging to be re-used for a return. The return from territory of Poland is free of charge - all you have to do is to log onto your Customer Account and fill in the return form.
